Shipping policy

All orders are fulfilled by our fulfilment partner, Zendrop, and shipped directly to you. We do not hold stock ourselves, which keeps our prices down — but it does mean delivery takes a little longer than a big-box store. Please read the timelines below before ordering, especially for gifts.

Processing time: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of payment.

Estimated delivery (after processing):
Canada: about 9–12 days in total
United States: about 6–11 business days
Australia: about 11–14 days in total

These are estimates based on our fulfilment partner's current averages, not guarantees. Weather, customs and carrier delays can add time, especially in November and December.

Shipping cost: standard shipping is free on all orders to the countries above. We currently ship within Canada, the United States and Australia only.

Tracking: once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Duties and taxes: for orders delivered outside Canada, customs duties or import taxes may apply under your country's rules and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong or incomplete address: please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot reroute parcels once they have shipped, and we are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address.
